Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods sold by Inktoner.co.nz to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company.


GENERAL


The inktoner.co.nz and its websites are owned and maintained by General Software Co Limited (NZBN#9429030362413) , a New Zealand registered company which has been operating for more than 10 years.   Our contact method can be found at the bottom of this article.  


The following terms and conditions of use of Inktoner.co.nz and its websites form a contract between you and inktoner.co.nz for your use of its websites and associated material, Assets and content (Terms).


inktoner.co.nz may revise these Terms by giving you notice. inktoner.co.nz will notify you of any changes by displaying the changes on its websites, and by continuing to use this portal and inktoner.co.nz’s websites after such notification, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.


Interpretation


Where a logon is obtained by an individual for use only by that individual, in these Terms, the words ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘user’ refer to that individual.


An ‘Asset’ describes any item listed in the Brand Lab i.e. image, logo, photograph, video, PowerPoint template or campaign creative.


‘Usage Rules’ refer to the specific terms that accompany and apply to the use of each individual Asset or category of information, and may include usage instructions, requirements, limitations, or descriptions. 


 

Prices, Specifications and Policies

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZ) and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST).   Inktoner.co.nz reserves the right to update prices, specifications and policies at any time without notice. We make great efforts to ensure the prices and specifications of our goods are as accurate and as up to date as possible. However, mistakes do happen and given the nature of the goods we supply, the availability, price or specifications of goods can change frequently. We therefore accept no liability should any of the goods be unavailable or if prices differ from those presented on this web site. We will notify you if you purchased goods from us and the pricing or availability has changed.

 

Yield rates for Consumables are meant for guidance purposes only and should only be used on that basis. For more accurate yield rates, please check the manufacturer's specifications.

 

Freight and Delivery

We believe we have the lowest overall prices in New Zealand, and to further enhance our reputation as NZ's best value web site we do have flat charge for freight within New Zealand .

 

Inktoner.co.nz prides itself on delivering goods to you as fast as possible but it cannot be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer for delay in delivery. All items are sent by courier unless otherwise stated. Dates given for shipment or delivery are for guideline purposes only but are not to be treated as a condition of sale.


 

*You can find the delivery time of "receive the cartridges”  based on the courier tracking system. 

 

 

All claims for short shipments or damage in transit must be made no later than 14 days from shipment date.     Unless otherwise stated, all products have a warranty of 3 months from delivery date.   In most cases we are able to provide a credit although a restocking fee may apply.

 

Consumer Guarantees Act

If the goods have been acquired for business purposes, the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. In these circumstances the only warrant offered by Inktoner.co.nz (express or implied, statutory or otherwise) is the manufacturer's warranty accompanying the goods, and in no event shall the liability for direct or consequential damages exceed the price paid for the goods.

 

Risk and Ownership of the Goods

Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer or to the address specified by the customer. If a carrier is used to effect delivery, delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the customer,  and all claims for goods damaged in transit shall be made to the carrier immediately after the delivery of the goods to the customer.

 

Pending cleared payment in full of all monies due under this contract or in respect of any other monies owed by you to Inktoner.co.nz the goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Inktoner.co.nz as legal and equitable owner.

If you have any problems with your printer while using “compatible” cartridges supplied by us please contact us immediately.

We can resolve most problems with advice over the phone or the free replacement of non-performing cartridges



Inktoner.co.nz processes are designed to minimise errors and ensure that the correct product is received in a timely manner. As soon as your order is placed an email will be sent automatically to confirm that the order has been received. We'll normally send you same-day email confirmation that the order has been dispatched. This will usually include a courier tracking link.


On the rare occasion that an order can't be dispatched on the day it's received, we'll inform you as soon as possible on the day of the order. If you cancel the order we'll refund your payment the same day.


We process orders regularly throughout each working day. Most orders placed before 2:30 pm will be dispatched the same day, and with a courier pickup close to 5:00 PM there's a good chance we can get a last minute urgent order out the same day. Bulky compatible toner cartridges are normally sent on a 2-3 day ticket between islands, but for urgent orders there's a next working day delivery option. Rural delivery can take an extra day.


Orders are generally sent on a "signature required" courier ticket so the driver is obliged to obtain a signature. When you go through checkout you can give instructions for where to leave the parcel. This will be printed on the courier label and we'll use a "non-signature required" ticket. Another option is to use a different delivery address, e.g. that of your work or a friend.
